Rite of Cao Đài
The four daily ceremonies.
At six, noon, six, and midnight: incense, offerings of tea and flowers, prayers before the Divine Eye.
⏱ four times daily◌ the adepts
Understanding it — context, not catechism: how this rite is held
The four daily ceremonies — at six in the morning, noon, six in the evening, and midnight — are performed before the Divine Eye with incense, tea, flowers, and fruit, in white robes, with chanting. Adepts attend as their duties allow; the temple performs them regardless. The midday ceremony at Tây Ninh, with hundreds of white-robed worshippers in ordered rows under the great nave, is the religion's most photographed sight.
