Ordered ministry — or none.
Bishops, priests, and deacons in the catholic streams; pastors called by their congregations in the free churches; no clergy at all among Friends.
Christian ministry ranges from three-tier apostolic hierarchies (bishop, priest, deacon, claiming unbroken succession) to congregations with no clergy at all, and everything between: presbyterian councils of elders, congregational calling, Quaker meetings where anyone may speak. The ordination of women divides the map roughly along the same axis, and so does the question of whether ministry is sacramental or functional. What is common is that authority is claimed to derive from Christ rather than the congregation, however it is mediated.
