Nothing resembles Him.
The Quran gives God a hand, a face, a throne. Ash'ari and Maturidi theologians read those as figures of speech and refuse to picture them; the Athari and later Salafi line affirms them as stated and refuses to ask how. Each side accuses the other of the same error from opposite directions.
This is the anti-anthropomorphism claim and it is genuinely contested, not diplomatically so. The Quran says nothing is like Him and also says His hand is above their hands. The Mu'tazila resolved it by allegory; the Ash'aris and Maturidis mostly by tafwid, affirming the words and consigning the meaning to God; the Hanbali and modern Salafi position by affirming both the words and their apparent meanings while denying that anything resembles them — bila kayf, without asking how. Each of the three thinks the others have either emptied God of attributes or turned Him into a body. It is the reason Islamic theology developed a technical vocabulary at all, and the reason the word Ash'ari still functions as an accusation in some circles.
There is nothing whatsoever like Him, and He is the Hearing, the Seeing.
