The entire creed, published in full and short enough to read in a minute. They ask for compassion in accordance with reason, justice above laws and institutions, bodily autonomy, respect for the freedom to offend, beliefs conforming to scientific understanding, and the repair of harm done.

Understanding it — context, not catechism: how this passage is held

The Seven Fundamental Tenets are the entire creed and can be read in a minute. They ask for compassion and empathy toward all creatures in accordance with reason; for the struggle for justice to prevail over laws and institutions; for the body to be inviolable; for the freedoms of others, including the freedom to offend, to be respected; for beliefs to conform to the best scientific understanding of the world; for mistakes to be rectified and harm resolved. The seventh is the interesting one: it states that every tenet is a guiding principle and that compassion, wisdom and justice should always prevail over the written or spoken word — a clause that subordinates the text to its purpose and is, in effect, an anti-fundamentalist safeguard written into the founding document.
