Understanding it — context, not catechism: how this passage is held

The Goddess is worshipped in three aspects tracking the moon and a woman's life — Maiden, Mother, Crone — and the Drawing Down the Moon rite has the high priestess invoke her into herself, speaking as her to the coven. The Charge of the Goddess, largely Valiente's composition, is the central liturgical text, and its most quoted line locates the divine inside the seeker rather than above them.
