No roll, no building.

Membership is the Hour itself, kept. Stop keeping it and you have left; resume and you are back. Nobody is watching either way.

Understanding it — context, not catechism: how this passage is held

The Order keeps no membership roll on principle: counting would create insiders and outsiders, and the practice is meant to be available to anyone who simply keeps the hour. There is no building, no fee, and no ceremony of joining — you are in it when you are doing it. Founder-owned lines on Pantheo are recorded as their stewards define them, and this line's steward has defined it, deliberately, as unfalsifiable membership.
