Live ital.

Natural, unprocessed, mostly plant food; nothing dead in the pot if it can be helped — livity means the life force in you should be fed life, not chemicals.

Understanding it — context, not catechism: how this passage is held

Ital — from "vital" — is food as life force: unprocessed, usually vegetarian or vegan, often without salt, cooked fresh, avoiding anything canned or chemically treated. Livity is the wider concept, the life energy that right living preserves. The dietary discipline sits alongside the dreadlocks (from the Nazarite vow) and the ganja sacrament as bodily practices marking separation from Babylon, and each is grounded in a specific biblical reading.
